We've had this chair a few weeks now and it's been a great addition to the home office. Assembly was easy and straightforward. The chair is genuinely comfortable — the wide seat and high back make it easy to settle in for long stretches at the desk — and it feels sturdy and well built, with no wobble or creaking. Quality office chair for a good price. I like the smooth lines and built in vs detachable headrest, it spins smoothly and the hydraulic lift works well. The casters were not great and dragged a bit, so I replaced them with different casters - from Wayfair, and now it rolls great.. Amy. Humboldt County. Mon Sep 21 2026

I got the Genuine Leather Executive Chair for my home office. Overall, it looks very fancy, contemporary, and sturdy. But there are some flaws: the swivel base came scratched, and some chrome parts were already peeled. Also, the adjustment buttons could have a better finish. For an almost $1,000 chair, these things shouldn't happen. However, the leather feels amazing and appears to have great quality. The colors are great, and the back of the chair is also very cool. The chair looks like a luxury car seat! The assembly is a little tricky; we spent a couple of minutes trying to figure out the best position to put the back together.. Giovana. Macomb, MI. This brown, button-tufted, LeatherSoft upholstered executive office chair combines old-world craftsmanship with modern seating principles, giving you a chair that feels as good as it looks. Fully upholstered, padded arms with brass nail accents add a touch of sophisticated class. LeatherSoft is leather and polyurethane for added softness and durability. High-back office chairs extend to the upper back for greater support. The high-back design relieves tension in the lower back, preventing long-term strain. The multi-tilt lock mechanism rocks/tilts and locks the chair in infinite positions while the tilt tension adjustment knob adjusts the chair's backward tilt resistance. The free-rein motion is great for taking a quick break from typing to answer phone calls and relax. The chair easily swivels 360 degrees to get maximum use of your workspace without strain. The pneumatic adjustment lever will allow you to easily adjust the seat to your desired height. The heavy-duty chrome base and dual wheel casters add modern flair while giving you almost effortless movement.

Great chair. After 3 years this chairs material/vinyl was so thin that the seat and arms area literally shedded. I will have throw it out and look for a better quality chair. Very disappointed.. Leslie. Punta Gorda, FL. Wed Jun 24 2026

Raise or lower the seat using the pneumatic height adjustment lever for a custom fit. Generously padded loop arms reduce pressure on the shoulders and neck providing additional comfort. Great sturdy chair. Wide and comfortable. Ashlee. Chesterfield, VA. Tue Jun 15 2021

Create a distinguished workspace with a handsome office chair. The exposed natural oak wood arms and brushed gold base offer an airy element, paired with performance fabric. Performance fabric is moisture-repellent, durable, and easy to clean. As wood is an organic, porous material, these pieces will contain a natural variation of texture and may also exhibit fine indentations and cracks. Wood pieces will also display a disparity of color and grain, and visible knots and burls that add to the character of each piece.

Very comfortable chair. I dont love the color of the arms but I kept it becouse of how comfortable the chair is.. Eva. Ipswich, MA. Thu Jun 25 2026

Definitely seems like lower quality than a hon chair you’d get from a office furniture store. Fabric looks more dark gray. Doesn’t go down very low. Definitely regret it for the price.. Aa. IN. Sun Jun 21 2026
