This bar stool is as comfortable as it looks in the pictures. The pictures are not at all deceiving... what you see is what you get. Starting with the packaging—this product comes really well packed. The majority is paper packaging, which makes disposal easy compared to Styrofoam, which makes a mess. I loved the packaging and how safely it arrived. Feel free to use a light blade to open, they have a protection cardboard layer to make sure you do not hurt the actual product. The assembly took < 15 minutes; just a few hex screws and it was up and ready. The material is rich, and the cushions are medium-firm, just the right amount to have a comfortable seat. The backrest is such a game changer. When I sat on it, I felt like Joey and Chandler from Friends when they got their recliners and sat in them for the first time. Ultimate bliss! The wooden finish makes this look so classy and sleek. Overall, 5 stars. I would love it if the manufacturer made this in more colors and wooden finishes (like natural wood, etc.).. Shrenik.
