I’m torn about this product… the good qualities are great, but the bad qualities are super lame. Assembly was easy enough for one person. The vacuum sealed packaging method was effective and impressive - the cushions easily tripled in size after opening. The couch cushions are comfy but very bouncy which is weird. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. This couch is amazing! Very comfortable and and sturdy. I am 5’ 5” and the cushions reach the back of my knees. There is ample storage space assembly. The directions were missing the specific instructions for doing this configuration but other than that, we were able to put the pieces of the couch together and figure out how to click them together... This fit my apartment perfectly. I love the storage in the chaise lounge for extra blankets and pillows. The pullout part is so nice for a cozy movie night. I haven't tested out the durability of it just yet though. It is on the firmer side. Which I prefer. We were looking for a couch that would accommodate guests for short visits, and thought this would be a good choice from the ordinary pullout couch with metal bars across the sleeping area. The couch arrived in three large boxes, and took several hours to assemble. Directions were terrible, but an online video showed us what to do. The couch fabric is ok (we were expecting better), and the foam padding firm. The two pillows included have little stuffing, and we ordered foam to firm them up.
