Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. This couch was the perfect size. I like the cushions are loose so you can clean the cushions and under them easily. I also like the firmness, a good medium where I only sink in about 2 or 3 inches and I'm a big guy at 290. The material I selected also has a nice texture to it.
