This headboard is absolutely beautiful and is of very good quality. It was very easy to put together. It says white glove delivery but the people that delivered it just dropped it off. I contacted the company that delivers and did not send anyone back out to put it together. Luckily enough it was very easy to assemble.. Anonymous. US. Sun Nov 03 2024

We received item promptly and in good condition. Headboard is a pretty rattan material and is as shown in online pictures. We did not attach it to the wall but instead attached it to our bed base. This item did have a strong chemical smell when we first got it so we left it out in the hall for a few days and this smell was gone after around a week. We are happy with the purchase.. Marcia.
