This is gorgeous when it comes together, but man is it laborious to put together. The instructions aren’t great, and it took four of us 2.5 hours to put it together . Bed came packaged for shipping very well! Instructions were clear. It took me about 2.5hrs to put the bed together. I used a ratchet with an allen attachment instead of the provided allen wrench. The bed is actually really nice, but sadly I was given a used bed. Had to get a refund and was told to wait 1 month for back order. Another issue with the bed is that they are not holes for all of the screws on the slate, the draws and the shelves. There no one that you speak to about this. Trust me I tried. Was told by manufacture that she thinks b/c has sharp edges it suppose to go in with no hole pre drill. Crazy thing is when screw it in it made a sound that I know is not right. And bam!!!
