I chose this for our second floor living room because it is able to fit through a stairwell and through a standard door frame with no trouble. My preteen and I unpacked it ourselves. This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Pros very nice upholstery, great neutral color and texture, absolutely love the wood base to every piece, the pieces stay in place and don’t slide on our carpet, it’s high quality and heavy, the storage ottomans are super nice with really strong hardware, and I love the versatility of moving sections around. Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago.
