Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang.
