This couch comes assembled. You just open the box and it is ready!!! It is comfortable when used as a seat, but extremely more comfortable when you use it a a bed. My daughter stopped sleeping on her bed since we got this couch. It is thick, tall, firm, and huge!! It looks like a king size when opened all the way. We are taking turns sleeping on it. I have never slept so good on a mattress on the floor. When you are done sleeping, you close it, and it is back to a normal couch. I am contemplating getting a second couch to complete a whole set. My friend who visit us, can’t get enough of this couch!!!. Lucia. Alexandria, VA. Wed Oct 07 2026

**update** manufacturer has been very responsive during resolution process. They sent me different fabric samples to choose from and are even going to throw in some extra fabric so I can make a few extra pillows. Couch overall is really comfy and the set up was a breeze. The couch I received was a different brown. They first offered a 137 refund. I said no. They said they can do a full refund but I would have to put the couch in the original packing which wasn’t going to happen. There’s no way it would fit. The manufacturer is going to send me another couch cover but unfortunately they don’t have the brown that’s pictured in the listing. The listing has since been taken down so there won’t be any more issues ). Amanda. Pawcatuck, CT. Sat Oct 10 2026

Built with a fully cushioned, boneless foam structure, it delivers a softer, more adaptive seating experience compared to traditional frame-based sofas. Each piece is vacuum-compressed for easier delivery and sized to move smoothly through standard doorways and elevators. Unpack and Recover - Setting on the floor and unpack the edge, simply allow 24–72 hours for the foam to fully expand and settle into its intended shape.
