This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . This is a solid piece of furniture that was incredibly easy to assembly not made of nice heavy solid wood and slides open really smoothly. Table looks great. Came slightly damaged which is disappointing. They could package the corners of the table with syrofoam to prevent damage during shipping. The table is study. Definitely takes 2 people to assemble. Took about an hour for assembly. Instructions were okay to follow except for having to measure the placement of a few felt pads which was odd. The sliding function is very smooth.. Ruby. Miami, FL. Mon Sep 28 2026

We really like this table! It is sturdy and doesn’t wobble when we eat on it. It was fairly easy to put together but there is a sizable scratch on the top (it might have happened when we put it together). I haven’t tried out the leaf yet, but we put it in after we built it to make sure it was good. Overall, I would really recommend this table.. Jess. Florida. Fri Oct 09 2026

Its circular shape encourages conversation, while the rich oak finish adds warmth and complements any decor style—farmhouse to contemporary. More than just a table, it’s a sturdy hub for dining, games, projects, or display. Easy assembly with labeled parts and clear instructions.

Great table! Easy to put together albeit a bit time consuming. Good instructions, extremely sturdy, but it turned out great! No wobble and looks premium for the price. The only downside is obviously the lines running down, especially since it didnt fit exactly 100% perfectly, but can probably just hide it with a wide enough table runner. Overall for the cost id give it a 5 out of 5.. John. Springfield, NJ. Thu Sep 10 2026

Perfect for a small apartment. We don’t have a traditional dining area and only needed a large table for having friends or family over. This works perfect for dinners and game nights.. Terri. Chesterfield, MO. Mon Oct 05 2026

Transform your space with this versatile extendable dining table, which expands from a compact fluted glass cabinet into a dining table that seats up to 14 people. Five removable leaves let you adjust the table to five different lengths, making it easy to accommodate everyday meals, family dinners, or larger gatherings. When not in use, the table contracts into a space-saving cabinet which keeps wine, dinnerware, and linens close at hand, maximizing space in your home. Smooth-rolling casters make extending the table effortless while leaf connectors provide added stability. Built-in LED lighting with multiple modes add a customizable touch for any occasion.

The power cord and lights make no sense at all. The cord has no touting out of the closed table and the led strip does not plug in on side either. Also doors were very difficult to install. It extends easy enough. And leaves are easily stored in the table when not in use. Pretty cheap materials used. Not meant for everyday family use for sure. Great Design & Functional Storage. I am actually pretty impressed with this table and here’s why - I really like the oval shape - my dining room is weirdly shaped due to a specific design of the house (it’s not square, it’s not round, it has multiple corners…) so it was a real challenge to find a shape that would fit. The oval shaped table is perfect. I also like the deep, rich espresso/dark walnut wood finish - it instantly became a focal point of the dining room and fits seamlessly with the decor and the rug. The design is very nice too, especially because of the textured, fluted details on the pedestal base - they add this mid-century modern flair which we like. Also, additional storageis super important for us - that’s why the built-in cabinet base with shelves is a massive bonus - arched, fluted glass doors provide excellent storage for dinnerware (or decor) without looking cluttered. The size, however, is a point for debate with my wife - she thinks it will comfortably sit only 4 people because the storage takes space, but I disagree - I think there’s plenty of space for 6 people (someone sitting in front of the glass doors may just need to be more careful not to hit them with their knees or feet…) Overall, I think the table is a perfect blend of style and functionality and is certainly a great addition to our dining room. The assembly was pretty straight forward until I go the the fluted accents. The two around the storage unit were OK to deal with. The one going around the single pedestal base, thouth, was tricky. It's not quite long enough to go around and meet for a seamless connection. There is a gap between the two ends and something to consider when you are putting it together. Plan for a small gap and work to place it inside where it's not easily seen.. Curtis. Fairfax, VA. Sun Jun 28 2026
