Best bang for the buck! I bought the three seater couch that came with (2) ottman's as well as the chair. The installation directions were super easy and I put them all together quickly. Came very quickly in two large boxes - very heavy - and although Fedex damaged one of the boxes the pieces were not damaged. I thought install was going to be a breeze because its super modular in large pieces which made me very happy but as it turned out my install was very challenging because 6 of the key screw holes were misaligned so it took some work and ingenuity to get everything to fit. Overall I'd say the instructions were also lacking... Having said that this couch is SHOCKINGLY comfortable and looks nice. It is on the firmer side and I did not realize that is what we like - and wish there was a standard scale like mattresses - but everyone who sits in the couch comments on how comfortable it is.
