The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sun Sep 06 2026

This loveseat is okay. It wasn’t very easy to assemble. You have to put the covers on every single piece-not only the cushions. The cushions are also really hard to fit into the covers. Update: they were comfortable as soon as they came out of the shrink wrap, but then as time went on the cushions got harder and harder, and they are not comfortable anymore. The stuffing is like little broken up pieces of foam and it’s too over stuffed. That makes it hard now. I do not recommend unless you want something very firm. No no Easy to put together, but very hard to get shrink wrapped cushions out of where they stuffed them into the frame of the loveseat. Very nice when done comfortable. I bought 2 so it took me some time by myself. I’m pleased with them though.. Susan O. Port Orange, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

This multifunctional sofa combines comfort, storage, and flexible layout in one. In daily use, it’s a stable, supportive centerpiece for the living room; when you need a break, a gentle pull expands it into a spacious sleeping area, instantly turning the living room into a “temporary bedroom.” The chaise can switch between left and right to adapt to different floor plans and traffic flows: read by the window, place it against a wall to free up a walkway, or pair it with a coffee table to create a cozy viewing zone. The thick cushions and pillows provide solid support for the back and waist, keeping you comfortable during long chats, work sessions, or binge-watching. Armrests with built‑in storage and side pockets keep throws, remotes, and tablets out of sight for a cleaner space. Picture this: a weekend movie night where you recline the back, pull out the bed, stretch your legs, and grab a throw from the armrest; or a friend staying over—set up the bed in seconds and, the next morning, close it back into a neat sofa—effortless and elegant.
