Product is nice. Well-made. Easy to assemble. The order tracking information, was horrible. Major misinformation. Tracking info changed constantly. With unnecessary delay notices. Plus notice that package arrived when it had not. Order contained four boxes. Order page shows five boxes. Lol.. Jeremy. Maine. Sun Sep 27 2026

It’s a great couch and value for the price. It should be against a wall it is covered with upholstery on the back, but it does not connect and there are little flaps that over lap where it connects. It’s very comfortable, it didn’t take long to assemble, and the fabric is soft. It’s not a primary couch, but it does get used almost daily. I had some shipping issues where half of it went three states past our home, and the box was in rough shape. There was a small spot, and after some back and forth, the manufacturer sent a replacement cushion. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase.. Jackie. York, PA. Thu Sep 17 2026

Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. Getting a couch like this is way easier than what it was. Came in 2 large boxes. Packed well and VERY easy to put together. This ended up being surprisingly lightweight. Which made it easy to move around in the room to see where it would fit best. Material is soft, but not ultra soft, and seems to be very durable. Im extremely happy that all the cushions, including the back ones, come off for easy washing. If youre a big arm rest user this may not be the couch for you. Armrests are thin and pillow like but an extra pillow on the side makes it nice and comfy. Honestly Im more impressed than I thought Id be.. Summer. Aurora, CO. Sun Oct 11 2026

Make your living room flexible with this modular loveseat—start with the 2‑seat size, then add extra modules anytime with no tools needed. Every seat features cloud‑soft down‑blend cushions, durable pill‑resistant chenille with a smooth, cozy texture, and gently rounded armrests that offer ergonomic comfort and double as perfect nap pillows. Covers zip off for machine washing, and the FSC®‑certified frame is built to last. It grows with your space and lifestyle.

We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking. Overall, it was easy to put together, comfortable, and the light grey fabric and color were exactly what I was hoping for.. Robin. Frederick, MD. Sat Aug 22 2026

Upholstered in chenille-PU blend, it has double-layered seats, thick armrests, and foam+spring cushions—cloud-like soft with optimal head/body support.

I chose this item because I liked the 2-toned nature of the green base/brown cushions. I also needed a smaller couch (less than 80 inches) for my space, but I still wanted reclining capability. This couch fit my needs! I paid extra to have someone assemble it. Once it was completely assembled, I was told to wait up to 72 hours for the cushions to fully inflate, but the cushions still looked flatter than they do in the picture. They are also not very soft. I really like the couch, but I am thinking of purchasing some new cushion inserts that are softer and more comfortable.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 09 2026

Im going to be honest, when it first arrived I was super disappointed. It looked like it was going to be small and none of the measurements were adding up. Assembly took about 90 minutes. Very comfy. It does have a shorter back from a standard couch but still like it overall. Color is really good and the fabric is nice.. Chrstina. US. Wed Sep 23 2026

For the price - very comfortable hence the high review. Overall looks great but the outer frame is cheap looking. However…Pushed into a smaller corner in the office makes this work.. Christopher. Huntersville, NC. Thu Oct 01 2026

This couch is quite comfortable. I love the lighter color and the power reclining feature so you can lay down without taking up the whole couch. It was pretty easy to put together. The back cushions attached with zippers, which I didn’t not find convenient. The zippers seem to be a lower quality. One of the zippers broke at first to try trying to zip it up and do not zip easily.. Rebecca. Columbia, TN. Thu Oct 08 2026
