I’m not a super handy person and figured out how to build it by myself! Great labels on all the parts and just 6 steps. It looks great and feels sturdy! The only thing to note is that the screws on the final steps (into the slats) need a separate screwdriver or drill bit (drill recommended for ease and speed). I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble.
