The Providence Upholstered Swivel Counter Stools are absolutely beautiful and were exactly the look I was hoping for. The upholstery, finish, and overall design give them a high-end appearance that works perfectly in my space. I've received several compliments on them already. My only criticisms are that they feel a little light in weight, and the swivel action isn't as smooth as I expected. Neither issue is a dealbreaker, but a heavier base and smoother swivel mechanism would make them feel even more premium. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. Love the chairs but I have two things that are concerning for me, and one is I personally would rather have a longer seat to support my legs, I don't like feeling like I am going to fall forward off the chair, and that is just me. But the other things is that I worry that if someone is sitting in the chair and place there finger under the seat and then swivel the seat and they are going to pinch there fingers. Not a very good design. I did have a defect with one of the parts and customer service was very quick and helpful, sending out new part right away.. Kathleen. Hilliard, OH. Wed May 13 2026

THESE STOOLS ARE PERFECT! We got them in the prestige ivory color and I was so nervous upon them arriving because the review pictures were so difficult to tell what the prestige ivory color actually looks like. It really is a true ivory with some darker brown and gray tones. I love the way the material isn’t a solid light color as any imperfections they may develop overtime should blend well and not stick out. The seat cushion is very comfortable and I love the way that the sides have a slight arm bumper as part of the design. The wood leg color is a very very very dark brown although in some lighting it does appear almost black. Overall we are so pleased with the quality, look, and you can’t beat them arriving already assembled!. Lauren. Cincinnati, OH. Fri Jun 05 2026
