Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. Overall, the sofa is decent and looks nice once it's set up, but my experience was mixed. I was especially disappointed with the professional assembly service that I paid extra for. Before delivery, I contacted Wayfair support multiple times to verify how the installation process would work and to make sure everything was in order. Despite those conversations, the day of delivery and assembly was chaotic and did not go as I had been advised. It created unnecessary stress and confusion, which was frustrating considering I had tried to proactively avoid those issues. As for the sofa itself, it's comfortable enough and serves its purpose, but I did notice a few imperfections right out of the box. There were snags along the backside of the couch, which was disappointing for a brand-new piece of furniture. While they're not highly visible in everyday use, they do raise concerns about quality control. In the end, everything was eventually assembled, and the sofa is functional, but between the frustrating installation process and the minor defects, I expected a better experience for the price.
