This is a really cute bed and seems really solid. A couple of things that made me knock a star off the rating though. Each slay has to be screwed in with at least 3 screws so this will be very difficult to move out of this room if ever needed. Also the wood has different colors.. Janice. Atlanta, GA. Purchased driftwood beige - exactly as pictured and is indeed solid wood construction, but the finish covers the natural grain of the wood. It has a fake wood grain embossed in a thick, plastic-y finish, whereas I expected (and would have preferred) a pickled natural wood look. Regardless, its well made and well designed. Packaged very well with no damage to components. Assembly can be done solo, and I like the Japanese style joinery.. Anonymous. Mauldin, SC. Sun Sep 13 2026

First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Happy customer - thanks Wayfair!. Germaine. Dexter, MI. Tue Aug 25 2026

Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. Size Purchased: California King Overall very content with this purchase. I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble. The design is simple and sophisticated, and I will update this review at a later date after using the bed for a year or so. Highly recommend!. Anders. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Jul 09 2026

The Ruby bed frame brings a single, well-chosen detail to the centre of the bedroom: a headboard handwoven in natural rattan, its organic texture and warmth setting the tone for the room around it. Each rattan panel carries its own subtle variation in tone and weave, the kind of character that only natural material handled by hand can offer. Beneath it, the frame is built from solid wood for steady, dependable support, with an integrated slat base that holds the mattress directly and removes the need for a box spring. The silhouette stays low, clean and modern, and the silent slat system keeps the whole frame quiet through the night. Assembly is straightforward, ready in about 30 to 45 minutes with no power tools and every component pre-labeled. The Ruby asks for very little and gives a warm, restful foundation in return.

For the price, the quality is REALLY good. I absolutely LOVE the look of this bed. The headboard is so beautiful. It was pretty straightforward and easy to assemble and I appreciated all the extra parts provided. I did have to call my husband in to help for one step to stabilize the headboard while I screwed things in, but if I were a bit stronger and not pregnant I probably could’ve done it solo.. Emma. Crafted from kiln-dried solid wood, it comes in a neutral tone that works with various styles and color palettes. The rectangular headboard features horizontal plank detailing for a modern farmhouse vibe we love. Variations in the wood grain are another huge draw for the overall design. Sturdy slat foundation eliminates the need for a box spring, so all that's left to get is a mattress of your choice (sold separately).

It’s gorgeous so many compliments!. Laura. Merritt Island, FL. Sun Jun 14 2026
