It’s okay! Can’t beat the price! The top is super durable like plastic() and will be a great table for crafting for easy cleanup. The bottom is wood. The drawer is just cheaper wood on wood no track so it does the annoying drawer thing where it wobbles back and forth until it finally shuts. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I believe the delivery was handled poorly. And therefore the table top was damaged. To not put it all on the delivery driver, the packaging for a 70lb. tabletop was too thin with only 2 thin styrofoam sheets to protect the top with no corner padding. I did have simple delivery instructions added to my order but they were not followed. So now to my new replaced table top, and the Great customer service I received, with a replacement shipped and received in less than a week. I just absolutely love it. Perfect color as shown with the wood graining beautiful. The thickness is more than the original top I replaced and the edging around the table makes it look custom. I used my original table base and chairs and have a whole new updated vacation home look.. Linda. US. Mon Oct 12 2026

Pairing a clean-lined silhouette with distinctively carved legs, this writing desk adds plenty of classic character as it anchors your home office setup. I looked at a lot of desks before purchasing. This one was the perfect size & I love the spindle legs. Word of caution: I had lotion on my hands when I went to write a letter and it left an oily smear. My husband rubbed it out with tissue so it’s not as noticeable now. Will be getting a desk pad soon! Thnx to the other reviewer for showing the Anthro drawer pulls. Looks great! And yes the color is more of a dark charcoal which is what I wanted. Happy with my purchase.. Jackee. Seattle.
