This set is not an heirloom piece by any means, but for the sale price and our particular needs (light use, able to sit 6+ people without a huge footprint), we are pleased. Arrived quickly (3 days) in two large boxes delivered together. Assembly was very straightforward. The quality isn’t superb and the materials will chip/dent easily, but the pros outweigh the cons for us, especially since this set will not be used daily. It’s hard to find an uncomplicated set that has clean lines, easy to pull out chairs for dusting, and vacuuming/mopping floors underneath, while still looking quite formal and elegant. 5-Piece Ranch Style Dining Set With Oak Top Table & Ladder Back Chairs

The issue is the table arrived damaged, 2 chairs were damaged and one chair back had 2 legs not even the same height so it wobbles. When I contacted customer to send replacement parts I was told the would send a whole new table and chairs if I packaged up the damaged one and sent it back. I explained that the box has been recycled and there is no box big enough to pack it back up. Secondly, the whole weighed about 150lbs. There was no way I would be able to lift that to take it somewhere to be shipped back. So, it makes sense to me that I now am able to use 2 out of 4 chairs and the table has some damage a 50% refund should have been offered...I mean I can only use 50% of the set. Nope they only offered 30% refund. I find it hard to believe this company can't afford the 20% difference or to just send replacement parts which would have been the best customer service step to take.. Oshannah. Oregon City, OR. The table and chairs are good to great. We also got the matching side table and they make a handsome pair. The solid wood feels…solid. Chairs are comfy and seem hardy. Note, I’m not judging the review on the issues I had with damage (maybe I should?), because those were remedied by Wayfair in a reasonable way with replacements and partial refunds. For the record, first table had screws coming through the table top and a chair was broken during “enhanced delivery” assembly. Second table had a support rail underneath broken off.. Anonymous.
