This was a perfect space saver and good desk.. Katrina. Spotsylvania, VA. Mon Jul 20 2026

Having a personal space for work or study comes with several merits, including keeping your files, essays, projects, and work organized, creating a dedicated workspace, and offering separate space away from the common areas. That’s to say, a basic computer desk with versatility plays an important role in boosting your productivity and providing an organized workplace as well.

Perfect size, it’s small, which is what we needed. The quality is not great. Feels thin. Will probably last a couple years.. Nicole. Sun Sep 06 2026

Bigger than I thought but looks good in my study area. A lot of pieces to this desk and there’s a small gap on the left by the cabinet center top panel of the desk. Overall, I recommend. Ccabalitasan. Mon Jul 20 2020

Make the most of an unused corner with the help of this Ballou Corner Desk, a multipurpose pick that’s versatile enough to blend in with a variety of decor styles. Crafted from manufactured wood, compact enough to tuck into a corner, yet large enough to accommodate a laptop and other workday essentials. Two lower shelves make room for files, books, and anything else you need.

Ok - this desk is just want you think it is - little and, well, sort of cheap when putting it together (which is very simple by the way and takes about 15 minutes max). However, once it's up you can't tell at all that the legs are plastic. I was going to paint them white to match my office but since they are plastic (and I didn't realize that), I'm not going to. I have a Mac and PC in my office so this little desk is for the Mac that doesn't get as much daily use. It's PERFECT in a corner. I think the price seems a little high for what you get but for the perfect size that I needed (which isn't easy to find) it was worth it.. Sharon. Noblesville, IN. Tue Jun 23 2026

It’s a nice sturdy desk. Love that it’s a space saver size. Would’ve given it 5 stars if you could adjust the height without an Allen wrench. When I read adjustable I guess I figured you could easy move it up and down. Should’ve read other reviews. I kept it because I have a counter height work chair that my job gave me because I’ve been working from home at my kitchen table which is counter height. I put the desk so I can stand and use the chair without adjusting so it worked out really well for me.. Sonja. West Springfield, MA. Wed Sep 02 2020

There was no review yet for this item, but I decided to buy anyway because I needed an adjustable standing desk and already had a beautiful solid cherry wood top that I had bought at a local wood shop to go on it. WOW! This desk is strong, the metal is sleek and polished, the mechanism runs smoothly, it is very easy to put together, and the instructions are very clear with color pictures. I still have to see how long the lift mechanism will work. Controller is to be attached under the table with screws provided, as well as the electric wires with the cable clips provided to this effect. Excellent product! I bought many items from Wayfair in the past and have always been very pleased with the quality of the products! This time again. Update: It's been 3 years of use now and the motor that lifts the HEAVY tabletop that I put on it, still runs smoothly and strong. It was a quality purchase and hopefully will continue to be.. Joe. Keep the desk. Change how you work. Your current desk may already fit the room, your routine, and the way you work. CHANGEdesk Mini adds sit-stand flexibility without asking you to replace the entire desk. Place the converter on a stable, level work surface, add your equipment, and choose a seated or standing position as your day changes. A standing desk converter should make the workspace more flexible - not take it over. The 27.5 x 19.5 in. surface provides practical room for laptop-only work, a laptop with external keyboard and mouse, or most single-monitor workstations. Its compact footprint is a smart fit for home offices, apartments, student desks, cubicles, and shared work areas where a larger converter can feel oversized. The straight-up lift helps the converter remain within its footprint as the surface rises. Four fixed height settings at approximately 3, 6, 10, and 14 in. give you practical seated and standing options. To adjust, squeeze the side lever, raise or lower the surface, then release and guide it into the selected locking position. CHANGEdesk Mini arrives fully assembled. There are no tools, screws, drilling, or installation steps between opening the box and using the product. Reinforced steel legs and a durable engineered wood work surface support up to 25 lbs, while the included 1-year warranty adds purchasing confidence. Standing desk converter only. Laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, desk, and other accessories shown in use are not included.

Generously-sized surface allows me to place a laptop (placed on a small orange crate to add height), a second monitor, a remote keyboard and mouse, with still plenty of space for writing etc. I was debating between getting this vs one with a separate keyboard/mouse shelf, but am glad for the contiguous space in this design. Raising the converting desk takes some practice as the spring is not strong enough to lift all the weight on the surface so you need both hands to help it up, as well as down. (A hydraulic system may have worked better, but would have added to the cost.) It is very sturdy though, and does not wobble or move at all when you're interacting with it in its lifted position. I am 5'3" and both the first and second intermediate positions (lifts surface 6" and 10" higher than my usual desk height) are quite comfortable for me. In the lowest position, the converter table surface is 3" higher than my desk, so you likely will need to add height to your chair. One small con is that it makes a reverberating metallic sound but usually only when lifting up/down. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.. Map. Cambridge, MA. Mon May 24 2021

Easily add sit-to-stand functionality to your existing workspace with the standing desk converter. Use it at the office, home or even the garage. Most standing desk converters solve the height problem by creating a space problem. They spread across the desk, reach toward the user as they rise, and lock the keyboard into one fixed position. CHANGEdesk was engineered for a different result: tall reach, a compact footprint, and more control over the way the workstation fits you. Place CHANGEdesk on the desk you already own and create a two-level sit-stand workstation for your screen, keyboard, and mouse. The top panel locks at five practical heights - 4.1, 10, 15.4, 18.75, and 21.25 inches - so you can return to seated work or raise the setup for standing. A gas spring-assisted lever helps make each height change simple and controlled. The patented accordion-style mechanism rises straight up and down instead of pushing the workstation toward you. That vertical travel helps preserve desk depth and keeps the 18 x 25.25 inch footprint planted in the same workspace. It is a strong choice for home offices, cubicles, student desks, apartments, and professional workstations where every inch matters. CHANGEdesk also addresses a limitation shoppers often discover after buying a basic converter: the keyboard tray is fixed in the wrong place. The included 23.75 x 6.5 inch tray offers two mounting choices - an upper fixed mount near the top panel and a lower adjustable-height mount. An ambidextrous 7 x 6.6 inch mouse pad can be placed on either side. Together, these features give you more freedom to create a comfortable typing position in both seated and standing modes. The 20 x 28 inch top panel supports most laptops, single monitors, all-in-one computers, and compact dual-monitor setups using monitors up to 21 inches diagonally when the complete setup fits the work surface and 30 lb maximum load. Steel frame construction and engineered wood work surfaces provide a sturdy everyday platform without the visual bulk of a large converter. Setup is intentionally simple: attach the keyboard tray, place the converter on a stable desk, and connect your equipment. No drilling or permanent installation is required. CHANGEdesk is the practical upgrade for shoppers who want to stand taller, keep more of their desk, and avoid rebuilding the entire workspace.

This is perfect! It comes assembled (except for the keyboard pull out shelf, which I don't need because I use a laptop). It's really easy to use and folds down easily for storage or to work sitting down. A great value for the price.. Rivka. N Hollywood, CA. Sun Jul 26 2020

Desktops are made with premium wood with laminate coating for durability. The base is made of heavy metal for stability and supports a maximum weight of 36 pounds. The ergonomic keyboard moves up and down with the desk in a stationary position and is removable for optimal work productivity. Wipe down your sit-stand desktop with a soft towel and mild soap.
