I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. This chair is very comfortable. My husband is 6’3” and a former football player so he’s a big guy and office chairs are hard to find in his size. Also, it matches the other side chair we have in the office so I like the dark gray color. The lumbar support adjustment bar is in an odd space since you have to reach all the way under the chair to adjust it, but other than that no other complaints. The chair arrived very well packaged with all parts protected. Assembly was easy and straightforward. The chair has a memory foam cushion and a footrest included. Overall, the chair is supportive and sturdily made. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that the recline function sometimes slips if you push too much weight on it, and the lock has to be undone to allow the chair to sit back up.
