This is a great bed, easy to build, sturdy, and the color is lovely. Our youngest loves his new big boy bed. We love all the storage for a small room. We also appreciate the drawers being on casters so that it’s easy to move them out to vacuum under the bed. I have a few minor gripes: figuring out the placement of the slats was awkward (it has improved from an earlier version of a similar bed, where each slat had to be screwed in; this one is easier). It would help to have guide marks on the frame as to where the slats should go. When the bed is finished, screws on the headboard are visible above the pillow. I don’t know why they’re not facing the back of the headboard. Lastly, I wish there were a cover for the drawers so that the things stored inside don’t get easily dusty. I had a friend helping me which made it nice for holding parts in place. highly recommend a drill for installation, made it take half the time. matched well with the other wayfair nightstands I got.
