It's a common thing for a barber to stand for a long time, so a salon mat that can reduce standing fatigue is necessary. By using this salon mat, you can work long hours with little stress on your joints and feet. And it also can be used under high heels. It's large enough which allows you to work around a client while staying on the mat, and the mat fits with standard chairs with a round base of 26" in diameter.

I really love this chair mat the reason I put those stuff around it is because it kept folding up so I had to put something’s over it so that it can lay down flat but other than that, I really really love it.. Anonymous. Thu May 28 2026

The 1/2" x 40" x 54" chair mat, for carpet works pretty well. It stays put which is really nice. My chair doesn't sink into it making it hard to roll after sitting in it for a while and it looks pretty nice, too. I do wish it was another four to six inches wider, but the 54" length is good for my desk. For my purpose a mat that was 46" x 60" would be perfect. The material on the top side, does show where the mat folds in the middle. Optimally this would not show, but it's a pretty minor complaint.. Albert. Sparks, NV. Tue Aug 18 2026
