These counter stools are easy to assemble, sturdy, and complement my kitchen as well as adjacent living areas perfectly. I am an 80 senior and assembled my two stools myself. Putting the legs together (first step) was slightly tricky, but every step after went smoothly. The holes for screws are perfectly machined, nicely thought out assembly design. The swivel seats rotate is smooth as can be. In choosing the height for a 36 inch high counter I felt there needed to be something in between the 25 inch and 30 inch stool. I got two of these of these bar stools for a good price. They swivel and they are very comfy. The fabric is on the seats is good. The wood looks expensive. As expected. Seat is nice and fairly roomy. I knew for the price that these might be a little “flimsier”. Yet that was also what I was kind of looking for so they would take up less space and I could fit 4 on one side of my table. The chair fits my kitchen counter. I like the back on it and that it swivels. It was easy to put together right out of the box. Reason for 4 stars-the seat has the seam at the front, I would think it should be at the back. In order to do so you would have to remove the seat back and drill a new hole.
