Whether you need extra workspace or storage, this kitchen island offers it all!

Love this! I have a small kitchen and wanted an island I could use as a table. I looked at several before deciding on this one for the following reasons: 1. Drop leaf supported by solid brackets. 2. Trashcan door. 3. Fake marble top is more moisture-proof than others I looked at. 4. Locking wheels. 5. I didn't need an outlet on it. I put this together by myself (f,70). It took me most of a day as I leisurely assembled it. Instructions were good. I had one set of drawer slides backwards, but easily fixed. Piece (#37), that paper towel brackets go on, has holes different distances from the edges. Since you put this piece on while the table is upside down, the holes closest to the edges go closer to the floor (the top of the table). I had it backwards and the trashcan door hit the paper towel roll whenever I opened it. I was able to take things apart and flip it over. I had a little trouble getting the top seated properly, but with some pushing of the posterboard-like pieces (#14/#15), it slipped into place in the slot on the top. The bottom hinged door is slow close! I love having the extra storage space. It's very solid. I bought 2 bar stools to go with it. I couldn't be happier. The only con I've found is finding a trashcan to fit it. Still looking.. Barbara. Muncie, IN. Fri Jun 26 2026

There’s a mess in the background since we deep cleaned the kitchen while my husband put this together, but it only took him about an hour and a half by himself! Not super complicated to put together, and sturdy enough to hold all of our little appliances on the shelves. I love it! Definitely plan to add more pics once we get everything set up the way we like!. Sarah. Douglasville, GA. Sun May 17 2026

Phew took a long time to put together. Although to be fair, I did it alone. I also installed casters underneath so that I could roll it around the kitchen or push it against the wall with the leaf down when I want some extra space. I do wish it was possible to put the handle on the other side, because it’s awkward in my kitchen and there’s no good place to turn it around and still have access to the drawerscabinets. So pay attention to that when you’re deciding if it’ll work in your space.. Tv. Sun Sep 13 2026
