8/10, an absolute WIN! One piece of the table has a dent in it due to shipping and handling. I put a vase on top of it to hide it. Wayfair gave a me a small % of a refund due to the dent. I paid for the professional assembly Wayfair offers, and it took him 3.5 hours to assemble. TONS of pieces, and the instruction manual is crucial! It has plenty of space, is aesthetically pleasing, and gives my kitchen the luxury upgrade I desire. It has two drawers that don’t have the lock when you extend it, so I have to be careful when opening it. I even added books where some would put spices, so I am loving the dual purpose. looks just like the pictures! well packaged. long process to assemble as there are many parts to it but the instructions were clear so it wasn't super difficult. extended table top does not clip in anywhere so it shifts from the rolling legs some times. This island is beautiful and great quality at a decent price. Is just what i needed for my studio apartment and provides me extra storage and counter space. Instructions were overall clear. Was not difficult to build but it did take me about 6 hours to put together because I did it alone. Would have been much easier if I had another pair of hands helping. I love the kitchen island. It was missing a small piece of hardware that went on the shelf. I contacted Wayfair to get the tiny piece, but they had to ship me an entire new island and told me to take out the part I needed and they would pick up what I didn't need.
