I love the color, feel of those cushion, how it match with my other furniture, price, customer service people. The manufacturer didn't assemble wood pieces with supporting nail they used staples. My dog LOVES this bed. Hes a 90 lb German Shepherd mix - we have plenty of space on this when we cuddle. FYI - the cover is VERY difficult to get on and off for cleaning.
