As other reviewers have stated, this is a very heavy and solid table. Thankful our delivery guys brought this right to the front door. It took my husband and I to bring it in, but we didn't have a problem putting it together. The color is is white with light gray and dark gray brushstrokes on it. It was a little more gray than I thought it would be, but it paired really well with the Atrakchi Teak Patio Dining Chairs and Kiley Wingback Arm Chairs we purchased. The wood is very smooth textured and so far we haven't had any issues. Also, we haven't put in the insert yet, so I can't speak to how difficult or easy that will be. Beautiful table. Impeccably packed in wooden crate. Needed 3 men to help with lifting the 72 in. glass top as it was heavy. Beveled edge and thick glass is sturdy and impressive. We also bought the Fenley 40 in. glass lazy susan and Yorkshire clear plastic chairs from Wayfair as well and it coordinates very well. The Avondale table is beautiful true white table as well as being sturdy and substantial. Delivery was fast and efficient. One thing…this table is listed as No Assembly Required. However it arrived in two large boxes and the top clearly needed to be attached to the base. The delivery people didn’t want to put it together at first but after speaking to a supervisor, decided to help us out and do the assembly. It looks very nice. Thanks for the assist!. Mary.
