I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. Box was insanely heavy so I had to open it downstairs and carry the parts up separately because I had no help. It took about 60-70 minutes to assemble by myself. Very easy to follow instructions. The bed itself is decent, it looks pretty for the price but it definitely felt a bit flimsycheap while putting it together.
