That being said, I was able to assemble it by myself and get it turned right side up onto its legs by myself also. I am a 74 year old woman who is almost totally blind in one eye and I have significant tremors in both hands. THAT is how easy it is to assemble this piece with the provided scrws and alan wrench! Just attach the legs- period! The screw holes are threaded metal and perfectly located. The extension is automatically brought up when you pull on the end of the table. It is very smooth operating! Absolutely love this table. I’m keeping it with the leaf inserted so it fits the space better. It fits the room so well and the walnut wood tone matches my other pieces in the living room. I have two other chairs to assemble to complete the set of four, but I think with all of the chairs, this set will look even better! The storage underneath is also great, especially since we’re renovating the kitchen right now. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble and I only need help flipping it over at the very end.
