I LOVE these counter stools! I had brought 2 from a different mfg. that were not dreadfully inexpensive but still didn’t last a year. I choose these because they were custom made to order, I could choose frame color and upholstery color as well. I chose Sun bronze with Ford Red upholstery! These were twice the price of the ones I ordered last year, but what a difference!! These are solid, completely welded at every joint and assembly was a snap! I simply had to attached the seat to the base frame with 4 supplied screws, washers and lock nuts. It took me a whopping 10 minutes a chair to unpack, remove protective wrap and assemble. These look like they are made to last! The seat is very cushioned, the back is comfortable and the foot ring is in the perfect position. Did I mention I LOVE these counter stools ❤️. Victoria. These are great barstools. Fit perfectly under my counter and swivel, too. They are well made and were even easy for this 65 Y.O. Gal. No Handyman necessary! These bar stools are lovely. I got the extra tall and they are perfect for my 43" high counter. Easy to put together and arrived very well protected and packaged. Very comfortable and easy to clean spills. They are light weight so you have to brace the base to spin the stool to get into it, and for the extra tall you have to be careful getting out so it doesn't shoot out from under you. Nice chair. Good fabric, lighter than advertised, but I like it. Good quality wood, nicely finished UNTIL the final leg cut. (See pictures.) I will have to touch those up. Very firm seat and back. Arms are too low for both of us (we are 5’6” and 6’.) There were no instructions, and it should be noted that the seat must be positioned correctly. These stools are not 26”. These are bar stools for NBA referees. I sat down and accidentally made eye contact with a passing airplane. My feet are now a decorative suggestion. If your kitchen island isn’t approximately the height of the CN Tower, you may want to double-check your measurements. They’re actually really nice and comfortable—which is why I’m giving them 4 stars—but I now need supplemental oxygen every time I have breakfast. I measured. I re-measured. I questioned my tape measure. Then I questioned reality itself. Once you’re seated, you can finally see what the neighbors have been doing for the last three years.
