The Queen Size Sleigh bed is extremely solid! It was really easy to put together. The color of the wood fits in perfectly with my existing furniture! It came packaged very well with no damage during delivery. If there is any downside, I would say the Queen size frame fits the box spring snug with no room to spare. Wow! This bed is SOLID. It definitely takes 2 people to assemble. We even had my 8 year old help hold one of the side pieces at one point, although a stack of books would have worked. But I love how sturdy this frame is. I think it's a great value and will last for many years to come. Instructions/assembly were pretty simple/straightforward so I'm not sure why another reviewer said it was hard. We assembled in about 90 min and that included careful unpackaging and moving all of the boxes into our truck for disposal. The center supports don't reach the ground. The holes also didn't align well with the steel support. We are going to prop up with some rubber stoppers. That's def a little annoying but not worth docking an entire star. The bed is sturdy, and looks as pictured. It was delivered in a few pieces and required assembly on site, but it wasn’t so bad. That said, the manufacturer assembly instructions were sparse and the side boards were a different part number than the slats were intended to pair with, so we had to modify some of the assembly which was a little frustrating. The set is beautiful but…the boxes arrived open and the footboard was damaged. However, Customer Service was extremely helpful and responsive in arranging for a replacement. Love this bed frame. We had a full and needed a larger size. Lucked out the same style was still around so many years later! Love the off the floor look. Allows for full storage underneath the bed (we didn’t want draws as that limits the amount of under bed storage we have and we like having as much as possible. This style has clean lines. No foot board which allows for the room to not look too heavy. The color is perfect. Deep espresso brown (but note when the light hits it, there is definitely a reddish cherry undertone).
