Delivery was not so great, box looked like it had gone through a battlefield. Luckily there was no damage parts inside the box. The desk took me about an hour to put together. I absolutely love this desk. I love that I can put both size monitors on top and it frees up the bottom part. There’s lots of shelving space on the inside and also the three drawers provide a sufficient amount of storage. The only downside to all of this was the instructions and the number of pieces that came in the box to put this whole thing together. There were a couple of instances where some pieces weren’t lining up, so my husband had to do a little bit of adjusting, but nothing major. But the walnut color is beautiful and it looks elegant. Looks great! It’s very sturdy. The black looks really nice. Took my husband two hours to put together but he wasn’t rushing. The drawers open smoothly but they do make slight sound as it sort of scrapes along the metal. The drawers don’t have stoppers so COULD fall on toes BUT they’re so deep that I can’t imagine that happening. We do plan to remedy that in some way because it for our 7yo son, but not necessary for older kids or adults. chair opening is very large which makes it nice for widercrossed-legged chairs.
