I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. However once accomplished all was good. I have had it a few months now and am glad I picked the black fabric type as no sliding around like those slick material chairs. All in all, am happy with it. Came in timely matter Hope this helps anyone looking for a heavy-duty office chair.. Jeannie. USA. Sun Aug 16 2026

Took about 10 minutes to put together — a little more work than a regular rolling chair, but not too bad. Only giving it four stars because it came with a small rip in the arm. It’s hardly noticeable and Wayfair did send me a replacement, but I have to take most of the chair apart to replace the single piece. They also sent a full chair, so I could potentially just rebuild the new chair, but it feels a little wasteful — I wish they would send individual replacement pieces when things arrive damaged..
