Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Little furniture pads or a thick rug should fix that.. Abigail. Tulsa, OK. Wed Aug 26 2026

They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

Cute couch, nice fabric. Arrived with a bit of a packaging smell but it's dissipating already. I imagine it will be gone by tomorrow. Cushions are slowly fluffing up, but it's comfy already (~2 hrs post assembly). Box was ripped open during shipping so the base was scuffed. Hoping for a partial refund because it's not that noticeable. Will update after a couple days.. Kelsey. Ottawa, ON. Sun Sep 27 2026

This couch is actually comfortable! It took a couple hours to be put together but thats okay! I love all the storage in it. The only concern is the backs, if you have someone that likes to push up against the backs they are definitely a weak point, and they are shorter than a normal couch back, so keep that in mind.
