This sofa has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially at this price point. If you’re on the fence because of the budget, don’t be! We let the cushions fully expand for about 24 hours, and by the 24–48 hour mark they had fluffed up really nicely. I gave the fabric a quick light steam and vacuum, and that was all it needed. Setup was also much easier than I expected. It took my husband and me about 30 minutes, and that’s with three kids running around! I definitely think one person could assemble it alone, it would just take a little longer. One thing I really wanted to mention is the gray color because I couldn’t find many real life photos before ordering. I originally planned on getting the khaki color, but it was backordered, so I made a last minute decision to switch to gray, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It ended up fitting my home even better than I imagined, so hopefully these photos help anyone who’s looking for references of the gray version. The couch is spacious, comfortable, and has quickly become everyone’s favorite spot in the house. Though I run some problem with order, the delivery staff are very kind and helpful. The couch is nice but the end of the chase portion is tilting upward a bit. I think overtime once the area was being seated a lot it will be proportionally leveled. The gray is not as gray as I expected. The first delivery date was my huge problem as Wayfair had I informed me of the delivery date and was given instruction to prep. Thus, I emptied the area where the couch would be placed but then the delivery didn’t happen. The information I was given was inaccurate and I wouldn’t know it will not be delivered to the date that I was given until I called Wayfair. Because of this, we didn’t have a couch to sit on as I removed already the old couch that was in there due to the information I was given by Wayfair. But the second delivery date went well.. This sofa is the perfect size for our split foyer house living room. We wanted something comfortable that we could lay on as well as sit and this has both options. I love the mocha brown color and it is so soft! It sits deep, and is very firm right now, the arms are a little lower then I would prefer, but other then that it works for what we wanted. I know it will only get more comfortable the more we sit on it. It also has the Velcro for the chair cushion but not the chaise side. So I am a little disappointed by that. I will probably add it my self so the cushion doesn't slide. It also comes with four throw pillows so that was nice. My daughter is already watching a movie on the chase side with a blanket and snacks. We also ordered the faux rabbit fur chair with ottoman, it is a shade darker and goes well with this sofa.. It was so easy to put together that it took only one person! Very clear instructions which helped me put it together in under an hour and a half. The couch arrived in three separate, heavy-ish boxes. They were packaged tightly and all the cushions and pillows were vacuum-sealed in double plastic bags to ensure freshness. They were packed very well but also contributed to more trash to discard. I removed the cushions and pillows from the bags to allow them time to expand out-gas. All the directions and hardware were easy to find and follow. Allen wrenches were supplied and utilized. I accidentally assembled a backrest upside down but quickly realized my mistake and fixed it. It was very easy to assemble the pieces and install the plastic feet. The sections go together very easily and snugly. I’m 6’2”, and this couch is not too small for me. It’s comfortable and easy to get out of as well. The sleeper portion is comfortable to utilize even when chilling on the couch. The sides of the arm rests have sleevespouches for things like snacks, magazines, books, etc. The dual USB plugs, one USB A and one USB C are conveniently located on an armrest that can be configured on either side of the sofa. The material is comfortable, heavy duty, and cleans up easily. The slider for the sleeper has wheels that roll quietly and easily. The couch is VERY durable and earns a 5 star review.. Cassidy.
