I was looking for an extra bed without the commitment of a full-time bedroom, and this Murphy bed fit the bill. It took about 2.5 hours to put together by myself. I referenced the assembly youtube to help get the actual visual process along the way. There were reviews about the mattress not being super comfortable (I would agree- functional, not what I would offer to a guest), so I purchased a memory topper for when it's being used. It is easy to transform to a bed. I did also make sure I had a rug to put under it, as someone commented that the one frame piece is not connected to the rest of the frame when in bed form and might move around. It is a quality piece of furniture, looks lovely in both forms, and has made my bonus room an extra space for guests.. Sarah. Forks, WA. Sat Nov 12 2022

This is ok, but it’s a nightmare to assemble. Directions are generally vague and should say that it requires two people in order to build holding multiple pieces together as they are fastened. Be careful- this is a FULL sized bed, not a QUEEN. The search/ filter did not filter it out and caused confusion . I’m not rating the product as I didn’t open it upon realizing it was not a queen sized bed. But having called customer service to start the return, I wanted to acknowledge how quick and easy they made the return of the three huge, heavy boxes. I was charged $85 for Fed Ex to come to my home to pick up. Wish that wasn’t the case, but the return process was otherwise painless and that is worth a great rating.. Maryann. Bay Shore, NY.
