This arrived very fast and well packaged. The chair is a light cream color ,not a really soft fabric but not scratchy at all. One thing I didnt realize is it sits really low the back is not high. It comes with a little matching ottoman lid comes off for storage. In the box there should have been bolts to screw the bottom piece to the chair. I have to call ask for the bolts .. Great chair! I love how deep the seat is without the chair being super wide, so it fits perfectly in the corner next to my bed. The swivel is a nice feature that I use more than I expected. I do wish the back was higher so I could lay my head back (I’m 5 ft. 9 in. for reference), but I was fully aware of this before I bought it and felt the extra deep seat would be worth the compromise. The cushions are soft, but not plush, and aren’t too firm to where you don’t sink in some but firm enough to where it seems like they’ll hold their shape well (at least well enough for a 400 dollar chair on sale!). It would be even better if the fabric was softer (it looks soft in the product images but is a little nubbier in person), however, the fabric seems durable and the beige color is great. The wrong color chair was first shipped to me, but getting that returned and receiving the replacement was easy and fast. Wayfair scheduled a free FedEx pick-up for me, so I didn’t have to haul the return in! This is a gorgeous, modern chair that looks and feels very high-end. It is substantial and well-built, but still light and easy to move. It came packed extremely well, and was fully assembled. The box is large and somewhat unwieldy, so will require two people to move. The acacia wood is smooth and beautiful, and the woven straps are uniform and tight. The chair is very comfortable, though it’s pretty low-profile and would probably be harder for some people to get out of. It also has a weight limit of 250 lbs, if I recall correctly, so may not be appropriate for some larger people.
