The sideboard cabinet fits my need for a small kitchen/dinning area storage place for china. It's nice and we assembled it with little trouble in several hours. We have the white/brown version. This is a 'big boy' entertainment center. Each of the 4 boxes arrived on different adjacent days, and are individually quite heavy. From 80 to 100lbs each. Packaging was so much better than I've ever experienced. The corners, where most damage happens, had solid rubber inserts. I had not one single piece damaged from corner drops. The flat sides, although slightly scuffed, arrived in great shape. I opted to have this built with one of Wayfair's assembly team. It took one guy, just less than 7 hours to put it together, place it in my desired location, and tidy everything up. Of course, the trash is mine to deal with, but my basement living room was returned to it's pre-assembly condition. Lots of wood screws (this is a good thing) rather than those 'post and spin' nuts. The LED lights work just fine without the need to download yet another app. Unit comes with 2 remotes, one for left 'dual' window side, and one for the right 'single' window side. One remote will work both sides. So, hide one from the little ones to keep as a backup. Is it for you? It's big! Tons of room, plenty of storage on the bookshelves and in the glass cabinets. Drawers are sturdy and have ample room for those 'out of sight' items. All in all, I would totally buy this again. Lorps did a great job assembling this unit by himself. It took him 3hrs and 15 minutes to complete this unit but was given 90 minutes to complete and your representatives kept interfering with nuisance call s and texts asking when he would be done. Whoever assigned this job and time limit given initially clearly had no insight into how difficult this project is done solo. Treating your help this way shows ignorance and lack of respect for the worker. Lorps never paused the whole time he was here and had to create some reposting of the unit to hold pieces together while other pieces were being assembled.
