I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. First, it's pretty. Since I work at home, it's nice to not have a boring office chair in my house. I admit that my assistant put it together, (sounds bougier than it is, she loves doing this kind of this and asked if she could.) She said it was super easy. I like the adjustment capabilities. I can get it to exactly how I need it to work sitting upright or in a virtual meeting etc. The best part is when I want to chill on a call or because I'm about to pull my hair out, I can recline and use the footrest. When we moved, we didn't take my office furniture with me including the office chairs. This chair is light weight and with a mesh back, it prevents me from sweating. The arms lift up. Also the arm length has an extension that I accidentally figured out today which I guess is for people with shorter or longer arm length. It also rolls quite freely. It could stand to have a matt under it to help prevent that as the wheels do not lock. I was leaning over in the chair picking something up off of the floor and the chair flipped me. I am sure it was quite comical looking with me on the floor with a chair on my back when my spouse came to see what had happened. We both had a good laugh as the only thing that got hurt was my pride, so you might want to be aware of this on a smooth or hard surface. Also the chair can be higher or lowered with the wand on the right hand side. I have sat in the chair for hours and have yet to have a backache, so I am a fan.
