Not bad. The third drawer is not a standard size for hanging files. The only thing we had to assemble were the wheels. So that was nice.

The look is just as good in person and the cabinet is sturdy. It is preassembled apart from attaching the wheels. One drawer came with a screw fallen out, but after replacing it, it was perfectly fine. As other reviews warn, the bottom drawer is not big enough for file folders. It is 7 inches tall and US standard paper size is 8.5 inches wide. This is mostly fine for my purposes. Because I'm using it as a matching set of drawers for the Jurgen Desk. But it's not at all what you likely want if you're looking for a standalone file cabinet!

bought it in concret finish, looks great, right and color to size fit my white printer. However, this is NOT a filing cabinet, for the third drawer that is supposed to doesn't match any hanging files, so a bit disappointed.
