Husband and wife tag team to put together the armoire. The first one took 2 hours, the second one took 1.5 hours and the third one took 1 hour so in total 4.5 hrs. We had EDM music playing in the background so it kept us motivated throughout the process. The directions were very easy to follow. I absolutely love this product. The quality is better than I expected for the price! My husband put it together and gave me the following feedback: 1. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. 2. The materials were of good quality and all pieces were present. 3. A power drill isn't required but there are so many screws that it saves your hand from blisters if you use a power drill as your screwdriver. All of the holes are predrilled though. 4. Since the boxes were incredibly heavy and our bedroom is on the smaller side, we opted to take all materials out of the box in the living room to organize first. Then we put a few of the smaller pieces together before carrying them upstairs for assembly in the bedroom. 5. 90% of the assembly is a one person job but it was helpful to have another person present to assist with hanging the doors. 6. One of the knobs on the door came apart from its adhesive but was quickly remedied by using a hot glue gun. I like the product so much that I am thinking of purchasing another one.. Michele. This wardrobe is very nice looking, with tons of storage space. Perfect for my 1940’s house with tiny closets! I assembled the whole thing by myself and it took about 8 hours total. It coms in 4 sections, so it’s very easy to spread the assembly out over a couple of days. The sections without drawers took about 1.5 hr each, and the sections without drawers were 2.5 hrs each. Really not bad at all considering the size of this thing. This is not heirloom furniture by any means, but it’s sturdy enough for what I need. I was VERY pleased with the quality of this furniture. Other cabinets I have purchased only had a colored cardboard back. These had stained plywood backing. They supplied plenty of extra screws and nails. The instructions (only pictures, very little text) were easy to follow and helpful. All of the predrilled holes were properly aligned. Overall, this was excellent furniture at a reasonable price.
