Vanity With Built-In Socket

This arrived quickly, assembling it was a bit of a chore just because it has so many pieces. One piece was broken and they were quick to resolve the issue by sending a whole new vanity. It is a very nice piece of furniture, lots of storage space and seems very durable. Customer service was superb.

The first shipment arrived on time. But, despite it being packed very well, the mirror was broken. Wayfair and the company that made the Vanity were both quick to respond to my message about the broken mirror. I received a replacement vanity with a mirror a couple of days ago. I will post an updated Pic when its put together.

Ordered a vanity as a Christmas gift and paid extra for installation through Angi as part of the package. The entire experience was a nightmare: 1. Delivery Issues: FedEx delivered the package three days late- shoved the 120lb box at my door, blocking the entrance- and leaving the damaged package at my door. 2. Damaged Packaging: The package arrived visibly damaged. 3. Installer Problems: The installer showed up three hours late and appeared to be under the influence. 4. Broken Parts: After tearing into the box and making a huge mess, the installer discovered that a key piece was broken, and the mirror was completely shattered. 5. Mess Left Behind: The installer left without completing the job, leaving me to clean up an enormous mess—over 50 pieces of particle board, styrofoam, and debris, which took hours to clear. 6. Customer Service Hassles: Wayfair said they needed two days to contact the manufacturer before deciding on next steps. While a supervisor offered to expedite replacement parts, they refused to refund the installation fee, despite the installer doing nothing but creating a mess, wasting my time, and blaming me for choosing Wayfair. 7. Delays in Replacement: Replacement parts won’t arrive until on or after January 4th, well past the point of excitement. This process has been a huge hassle from start to finish, and Wayfair’s response has only added to the frustration. I expected far better service, especially during the holidays.

It came damaged and this was a Christmas gift for my daughter I had it almost completely put together opened the box the mirror was in and it was shattered. This is going to break my daughters heart when I have to explain to her Christmas morning it was damaged in shipping. As putting together the wood is very cheap and chips extremely easy. Way fair has been great with customer service though. They are on top of it and sending a new mirror.
