The drawers can be used to store the makeup which keeps the pieces from getting lost. This playset allows for my kids to pretend that they are in a salon doing each other's makeup. Overall a great product!

The mirror is clear and it slides in the wooden base. I love the color also. My daughter just loves it and plays with it everyday.
