These are very pretty and work very well in the room, I just wish they were a little more heavy-duty. These definitely will only be able to hold coats, no purses or bags with any heft. I had no problems installing with the included hardware, but in accordance with the above I wish it had come with more robust wall-anchors. The ones that come with it aren't very grabby.
