Pillow cover with insert

The pillow is good. A couple of small quality issues. Nothing that warrants a return. But the issue comes in the way it was packaged for delivery. You would think that paying ~$73 for a pillow, that it would be in a sealed plastic bag before it is put in the bag for delivery.
