I have three of these. They are the go-to pillows whenever friends and family are here watching movies or napping. The material is soft on the face. I have two with down and one with a poly insert. This beautiful cotton pillow cover uses hand woven fabrics imported from the Chiang Mai region of northern Thailand. In the north of Thailand there are many hill tribes such as Hmong, Akha, Ya ,and Karen that are weaving these vintage traditional fabrics. (Pillow Insert NOT included). Due to the handmade nature of these fabrics there can be minor imperfections. The pillow backing on these have a solid natural beige cotton fabric.
