Pardon the mess. I just put together a shoe cabinet before I decided to add reviews. The tape works! I only used about 2.5 inches on each corner. Works great! The rug sticks to the pad and the pad sticks to the ground, and the thickness is just enough to make the rug feel more plush without becoming a tripping hazard.
