My skeleton head came with it bashed in unfortunately. Getting a replacement is going to take longer than desired so I had to DIY it and fix it. I took the head off completely, made a large hole in the back of the skull to push it out, then I used zip ties and Gorilla Glue to secure it back in the position I preferred. I also glued down some of the leaves to cover the gaps between the arm bone and head. It came out nice!
