Very nice tree. Was missing a bolt where one of the branches attached to the trunk and was missing a half of the toggle bolt for the one of the cables. Would have liked instructions on how to connect the stabilizing cables. Other than having to make a trip to the hardware store we were very happy with the tree.. Joy A. Wed Nov 24 2021

I want to return this tree. First, the stand isn’t sturdy enough to hold the tree upright securely. The individual branches are very thin and sparse. They will not hold an ornament without bending way down. I could not find the connections for the lights in the tree, so I couldn’t even check to see if they all work. The branches on the tree are very sparse and it is very poorly made. I want to return it and get a refund to my account.. Odell. San Antonio, TX. Sat Dec 14 2024

The tree is beautiful but it will not stand upright. 2 out of the of the holes on the bracket is no good and the screws are not tightening to keep the tree upright. **Update** 5-Stars!!! The vendor sent me a new stand that makes the entire set makes sense. At first the tree seemed a little short and there was a section that I couldn’t use with the old stand. Since they sent me the new stand I was able to use all of the sections and the tree is much taller and much more breath taking. I am in love. I put some decorations on it. I will continue to dress the area.. Althea. Tue Nov 22 2022

Love this tree. Very heavy so my husband modified or added to how to hang the tree. It can be permanent or taken down. I searched for this tree before deciding on Wayfair. They were the cheapest and tallest tree available. Others had smaller trees for way more money. The tree is very full and lush so putting on wall instead of corner like I did would be easier because then all the branches could open up fully. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out and will probably keep it up year round but changing decorations according to holiday or celebration.. Alana Jane. Metropolis, IL. Sun Dec 12 2021
