It was easy to assemble and easy to store, too. I did not put on any ornaments this year; it looked so perfect just as-is. (Yes, you do need to bend and separate the individual branches, since they are compressed for packing and shipping. I love this tree! I was able to put it up myself…but definitely recommend having assistance to put up the top piece. It took me a couple of hours to fluff it because I am short, so I needed to use a step ladder to get to the top. Putting the lights on was also a challenge. I think this was about 3 strands of lights. I started at the top and worked around. I love that you can see the ornaments inside the tree. There is 8" of hanging space between each of the tiers with 4" between the very top branch and the first tier of branches. This tree will be a beautiful natural focal point in any room!
